Liked: Clean, comfortable excellent products, welcoming staff that did there job well
Disliked: The only thing I can suggest is to top up the complimentary water on consecutive night stays. It was brilliant having complimentary water in our room which we exhausted on day one. Just a minor little thing, not a criticism just a suggestion. Thanks

Liked: Location - was really looking forward to the heated infinity pool (shame the heating wasn’t switched on)
Disliked: High tea- all 3 parties who were there 9 November complained - very over priced for the quality and quantity- and never even got offered a cup of tea let alone an apology
