Liked: We received a warm welcome,a clear explanation of the facilities at the hotel. The Pantry was a nice touch for making snacks and cuppas. Plenty of parking in a safe place on site.
Disliked: The hotel was advertised as a spa hotel. The so called "spa" was located at the sister hotel, and facilities were free to use. It consisted of a pool, which was in the building down steep steps, and a small sauna. The initial room we were given had a faulty key card which operated the electricity for a few seconds at a time. Eventually, the whole mechanism came off in my hand, but upon complaining, we were upgraded to a king size suite fair play.
