Liked: Finding out there was afternoon tea for us once we'd checked in and a hot drinks machine available was a wonderful bonus (and one we had to try out!) Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to help. Room was lovely and bed was nice and comfy. A wonderful location.Breakfast was very tasty.
Disliked: Having to walk around the corner to use the pool at the other hotel - it's not far but when it's cold and dark it's a little offputting.Booking in for breakfast - we were quite late booking in so not many times left for breakfast

Liked: Lovely hotel with relaxed atmosphere and fantastic staff. We had some extra needs which I mentioned to the staff beforehand, they went out of the way to make sure everything was comfortable for us.

Liked: Very clean, staff were all friendly and helpful.Really nice place practically in the centre of Grasmere.Would love to stay again on our next trip to the area.
