Excellent place for my short...

Liked: Excellent professional service. Wonderful location.Good food.Relaxed atmosphere

Pleasant

Disliked: Was at a networking event and there was no milk for the tea so many people had to drink it black after sitting for over 4 hours .Went to order food from night menu at 11pm and told kitchen was closed again after sitting for hours at the event but it says open until 5.30am

Liked: Exceptionally helpful staff. Personal service. Quiet hotel tho busy. Food was excellent.
Disliked: Spa treatment was good but felt hurried. This was brought to their attention and manager of hotel dealt fairly and personally with issue. Very impressed.

Overall stay was very good...

Liked: BEDROOM was very warm on arrival - brilliant and exceptional. Other hotels could learn from that.
Disliked: Breakfast was awful. Cold eggs- cold bacon - cold mushrooms- cold tomatoes. In 50 years of travel never had worse.
