Great location, enjoyable staff and...

Liked: The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly and very helpful with any questions you may have. The front desk team goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.
Disliked: The room I stayed in had no window, which, for €300 a night, I would consider standard. Apparently, that’s not the case at this hotel.

Disliked: Construction work went on from 9am-9pm every day immediately outside bedrooms, no warning and no apology. Also in a room close to the stairs, often woken by people coming into the hotel. Room didn’t have a window to the outside, only to a corridor which makes it feel very small. In no way a 5* hotel, rough round the edges at best and only saved by the location.

Liked: Booked for my sister & her husband’s honeymoon trip and they have not stopped raving about this hotel, super friendly and informed staff. Also breakfast is incredible

Best Hotel in the Heart...

Liked: I’ve stayed here three times now. The staff always go above and beyond to help us with our stay. Gabriella at the front desk Concierge helped us with advice on where to go to, store our luggage and any other help we needed. They upgraded us to a better room too since they had the availability.
Disliked: Nothing. It’s perfect.
