all we expected

Disliked: Took awhile to find our room...S4 (64). Site map provided was good....I thought we could get to the room from the 4th Ave side but apparently that was incorrect.

Great place for a family...

Liked: It was great for a family of 4 (3 beds); great location (walk to shops; restaurants); comfortable; had a parking spot right in front. Really cute little place. All around great.
Disliked: Nitpicky stuff-I wish I knew to bring coffee for the morning. We were there just for one night so, if longer, definitely would have gone shopping. But minor. Just used to having coffee and tea at hotels so didn’t think about bringing.

Liked: Cozy, cute, clean room.
Disliked: Parking was very cramped. Had a minor fender bender.

Overall it was fine, but...

Liked: Location and that we could bring our dog
Disliked: The room felt crowded because the two armchairs were much too large for such a small room. Why no light blocking window coverings? The slatted shades only blocked some of the light from the courtyard.

Liked: The location, size and facilities in the room were all excellent.

I would stay there again...

Liked: Due to unforeseen circumstances, I requested assistance with my reservation. Management responded quickly and made a compromise to make me comfortable with the situation.
