Liked: The room was first class in every way except the bathroom mirror was set 150mm too low!! I am an average height and I had to stoop to shave. I had a room specific parking place right outside the door.
Disliked: The menu was too elaborate for my liking. I much prefer simple food without unnecessary lavish ingredients and names. I also found my meal was hot but hard chips!!

Liked: The room was very nice. Breakfast good.

Disliked: THe hotel accepted my booking but it was closed for works - I was put in at Hunstanton but I needed to be close to Brancaster

Liked: The staff were very friendly and looked after us very well. The hotel had great facilities, and was in a good location. Lovely walks were available from the hotel to the beach and marshes as well.
Disliked: There was some building work in progress in the car park area, so another car parking area on the field that the hotel owns next door would have been a good idea as space to park was a bit limited.

Bad

Liked: Arrived early staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Ask if possible could have an early check in .was told that an extra payment would be taken if we checked in any earlier!!!
Disliked: Staff at reception rude and extremely unhelpful. Freezing cold had to ask several times to light fire !!!

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpfulFood excellent I'm a bird lover so this is just the place for Titchwell,RSPB and therefore lots of birds in the vicinity
