Liked: Large rooms and beds. Very friendly staff & great location in town.
Disliked: Breakfast was limited. More fruit & variety of hot breakfast dishes needed.

Liked: Room was lovely. Very convenient to walk to restaurants and entertainment. Loved the log furniture!
Disliked: Location of the breakfast room was inconvenient. Had to walk through underground parking garage to get there. Would be nicer if it was above ground considering that this is Banff and people want to see the views. Also, breakfast selection was limited when we got there an hour before closing.

Liked: The location would definitely get 5 stars and the views as well . The front desk staff was very polite and quite helpful with suggestions on tours etc .The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better . With a long day ahead . The activities always delayed lunch so a better breakfast spread would have been appreciated. Just a Live Egg station would have also sufficed.
