Over Priced with Amazing Staff

Liked: The location, friendly staff.
Disliked: 2 female customers in a room near us were up till 4am loudly talking. No hot tub or pool or even access to another hotels amenities. No mini fridge in the room to keep any food or beverages cold. Very over priced for what we got.

Liked: My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Brewster Mountain Lodge, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience!From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff Catalina made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. The lodge's location in the heart of Banff is unbeatable – everything is within walking distance, from shops to restaurants and even some scenic trails.The room was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with rustic mountain charm. The complimentary breakfast morning was a great way to start the day, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options.I can't recommend Brewster Mountain Lodge enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable mountain getaway. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to Banff!

Liked: Very central . the view of the mountains from the large window and balcony were amazing
Disliked: No socket for the kettle and coffee machine above the fridge

Can’t recommend Brewster Mountain Lodge...

Liked: Perfect location to explore Banff. Staff were fantastic, helped us book a sleigh ride around Lake Louise and the bus to get there and back. Free dinner smores in the lobby were a lovely touch as well. The free bus to go and ski at Sunshine Village was only a very short walk from the lodge.
