Staff was very friendly. A very unique hotel and a great use of a historic building. Chicago could learn a bit or two from you Milwaukee!

Disliked: It was pretty loud for a while, but we were there on a Bucks game night so people were out late.

Liked: The main attraction is it's very beautiful. The staff was very helpful, overall. Shower was great, bed was comfy, there's a kitchenette and also the option to have breakfast there.
Disliked: The room was cold no matter how high I put the heating, because of the high ceiling I guess. No kettle, so tea tastes like coffee. And we were on the only floor that doesn't have a lift, not ideal with heavy luggage. Also would have appreciated the offer of room service just once (in four nights) to restock on some supplies and remove the kitchen trash.

Going to Milwaukee? STAY HERE!
