Great hotel and location, really...

Liked: The hotel was great value for money with the meal allowance and free drink included. The refreshments in the rooms and pick n mix sweets bar were a nice touch.
Disliked: The room facilities could be improved with having more plug sockets near to the mirror (the only mirror with decent lighting for doing hair/makeup was in the bathroom). The sliding door to the bathroom got stuck causing my friend to be trapped in there despite our best efforts to get the door open, we had to call down to reception who sent someone up very quickly and they eventually got the door open!

Great little treat

Liked: From walking through the door to checking out the next morning all the staff could not have been better. Friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Room was very nice. A marketeers dream. lots of goodies there to tempt you!! The fridge in the shower is cool! (no pun intended) Bed was comfy, room was quiet and the welcome drink was indeed welcomed. We had a voucher towards dinner. Good pub grub, if you're after a la carte then this isn't the place for you but we enjoyed the burgers and the prize desert of choc fudge cake (rock paper scissors, you'll see what we mean if you go)All in all a pleasant stay and we will definitely use again

Incredible stay, can’t wait to...

Liked: Facility’s are amazing, the simba pillows were incredible and had an amazing nights sleep. Can’t wait to go back!

Liked: It was up to expectations and everything was very cool:) would definitely stay there again!!!!
Disliked: There was constructions going on and was loud but it’s ok as we didn’t stay in the hotel room too long, only in the morning when waking up :p
