Disliked: There was no reception and the phone number provided via booking.com didn’t work. We had to call through a number found via google but no one picked up and we had to leave a message. No one called back, which was fine as the problem was sorted, but it just felt like if there were other issues, we didn’t know if they’d be dealt with.

Worst hotel stay I’ve ever...

Disliked: I’ve had better accommodations at 20 Euro a night hostels.It’s incredible to me that a hotel- which charges premium rate for a one night stay, decides also to take away the amenities offered, like a LIVE person to talk to for help if needed. The number that was provided as the “help” contact, had no dial tone and Verizon was unable to complete the call. The email that was provided was not monitored and I didn’t hear back for hours about our room not having heat, and the fact that we were locked out. Not only would I never stay here again, but as someone who often recommends full weekend itineraries, I’ll be sure to blacklist this hotel so that no one else has to endure the terrible experience.

Liked: Room was clean. Look of bedroom area was appealing/nice to the eye,
Disliked: Bathroom needs more lighting. Bathroom floor very slippery when wet. No curb at floor into shower allows water to get all over the bathroom floor. Mattress pretty soft and somewhat lumpy.

Lack of communication, short on...

Liked: Communication absolutely was abysmal. Its fine for contact free self checkin, but and there is always a but. But for checkout the text number you use is only for one way communication them to you. It's the number you need to checkout but can't. The phone number they give to reach out to them is no long active. The emails for the sight bounced back. No password information was exchanged in their emails and texts, so don't expect working wifi. Again only one way communication so there is no way to reach out to them other than hoping they respond to Booking.com communication
Disliked: Hmmm, where to start where to start. Hmmm, maybe a room where bathroom door barely clears the bed. Hmmm, working wifi, hmmm, heat, hmmm two way communication should something need attending too. Hmmm what waste of my money. I know, one of the cheaper options but I've stayed in much nicer places in Europe for what paid here.

Disliked: To small and dark and not enough space for two people. The lights were way too dim in the bathroom. Would have liked a little more communication about how we were going to get in our room (at least what and when we would receive the communication on what to do) Otherwise it was a decent place but felt it was WAY overpriced for what we got.

Liked: The price was great for the value. I liked that 4 adults could stay in one room. Thoughtful food selections and parking on site was great. Fun to watch the horses walk to track from stables
Disliked: A microwave would make it possible to enjoy more food items. We booked 4 people but only got 2 sets of towels. The bunk bed ladder has too big of steps between rungs
