Spacious rooms, relaxing environment

Liked: Nice resort with excellent room service. Did not have time to enjoy the outdoor pool or hot tub but they looked great. Rooms are large with private patios (ground floor at least!). Service is top notch. Booked a sap treatment , very relaxing environment would definitely stay here again. Great price in the off season for a mini getaway.
Disliked: Room, jetted tub, shower, room service, spa, patio.

Beautiful Location , Quiet, Comfortable...

Liked: Have stayed several times- always clean and quiet and comfortable! On site pub, restaurant and lively spa. Outdoor pool with hot tub. Great staff- easy free parking.A favourite of mine!

Liked: I have been coming once- twice a year for my anniversary with my partner for the last few years. We love the huge bath, the hot tub, breakfast in the arbutus room, and the cauliflower wings at the pub, which are awesome! The staff are nice as well
Disliked: The beds are large but uncomfortable; they are very soft and not very supportive. It's not terrible for a night or two, but staying longer would be uncomfortable. The room was not as clean as previous stays: there were small purple stains on the sheets and hair in the shower.
