A comfy transit location located...

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. Facilities were as described & clean. Breakfast was good & parking was available, secure & free. When I couldn't find the details for the WiFi they did answer the phone and help even though there was no reception on Sunday afternoon
Disliked: The use of a computerised key box to get in on Sunday afternoon was somewhat off putting. I had just driven right across Europe and arrived in the dark. Having to enter all my personal details into a screen outside the hotel to get access took several tries and a long time, there was no back function so when I entered unexpected data I had to start again !!! the entry of your nationality proved to be quite a lot of scrolling (it did not appear & any wrong entry was an immediate fail) on a screen in the dark when it was nearly freezing! It was not convenient and not very secure. I had done a precheckin online, but this seemed to make no difference, I still had to enter all my details again down to my ID etc. Not easy when you are dressed in Winter motorbike gear!!!! Because there was no reception, I did not go to the desk and therefore did not see the WiFi code which was there, but was not available in the room as in many hotels.
