Disliked: Room had a musty mildew smell to it. Bathroom had large rust stain next to toilet. Noisy neighbors. Top lock on door did not turn. Bed was lumpy.

Liked: Very pretty grounds
Disliked: The room had a dripping that didn’t stop. I complained at the desk when we left. No fault of the hotel but the people next door were from a wedding party and they didn’t stop until 2:30. Between the dripping and the noise I was glad to leave.

Liked: It is a beautiful nicely landscaped property within walking distance to the beach. Really liked how they have their own beach and parking.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was that the cleaner they used in the rooms was so strong.

Liked: The motel is located in a peaceful neighborhood near the beach and offers a comfortable, motel-like atmosphere. The interior garden, featuring water fountains and flowers, is well-maintained. While the rooms are small and have a roadside motel aesthetic, they are clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are crisp and clean. The continental breakfast is basic but satisfying, with good coffee. Free parking is available, and there's a private beach area nearby with parking, restrooms, and showers. The staff was friendly and helpful.
