All in all we enjoyed our short stay. The cost of the room was great! The location was a block from the ocean with tons of places to eat, including ice cream and frozen yogurt. The beds were comfortable and pillows were great.

Liked: Clean, with kitchen facilities - microwave, sink and mini fridge.
Disliked: No coffee pot in room. Lighting could have been better.

Liked: Only thing I liked it was not too far from the beach that's it. Nothing else is good.
Disliked: The manager was the owner and he lied on the first day while charging extra fees saying property management rules I cannot do anything about it. The bedroom was too cramped not space at all. If you stay in the living room, it will be cold, but the bedroom is pretty hot even after full AC. The was that hot around 70 outside. The oven was too small, no plate, or mug for the guest in the kitchen space. The toilet was not clean and too small. The price was similar to a 3 star hotel so no reason to stay in this crap. Never going there again.

Disliked: The office was not open even after 9am. Sign said would return in the morning but not a time. Would have liked a cup of coffee for us. Also other guests checking if office open and wanting coffee. Room smelled musty.

Liked: I didn’t consume breakfast at the hotel. I went out on the town and tried various other locations for food. I enjoy trying new food experiences, seafood is my favorite, but I tried Mexican and Japanese cuisines.
Disliked: Everything was perfect! Hotel accommodations, parking, the weather, the life at the beach and the great surf! A real beach experience!

Enjoyable

Disliked: Did not have any kitchen items No silverware. No pots or pans. No plates. No toaster or coffee maker.
