Disliked: A Disastrous Stay at BreakFree on BroadwayOur stay at BreakFree on Broadway was an absolute catastrophe. The lack of basic services and the appalling management made our experience truly dreadful.Room Issues:Unhygienic Conditions: Our room remained uncleaned for the entire duration of our four-night stay, leaving us feeling dirty and uncomfortable.Broken Curtains: The broken curtains made sleep impossible due to the relentless glare from the street lights.Malfunctioning Safe: The faulty safety deposit box remained unrepaired despite repeated promises, leaving us feeling insecure about our belongings.Broken Lamp: The lamp on one of the lamp tables didn't work, leaving us in the dark.Missing Amenities: The bathroom was devoid of soap, forcing us to use hand sanitizer. We had to personally request a refill of the hair conditioner container.Poor Breakfast:Subpar Offerings: The meager breakfast selection was a far cry from a decent hotel breakfast.Disappointing Service:Inconsistent Staff: The frequent turnover of reception staff hindered effective communication and resolution of issues.Broken Promises: Repeated promises of a room change and a fixed safe were never fulfilled, leaving us feeling frustrated and disrespected.Noise Pollution:Disturbing Noises: The incessant rumble of heavy machinery outside our window made sleep impossible, disrupting our peace and quiet.Overall, our stay at BreakFree on Broadway was a complete disaster. We strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel at all costs and seek a more reputable establishment that prioritizes cleanliness, comfort, and customer satisfaction.

Very disappinting

Liked: We only stayed here because we were going to an event nearby - it is close to Glebe Point Road restaurants and Seymour Centre, which is all it really has going for it.
Disliked: It was very expensive for what we got - the room was ill-supplied with things (e.g. no teaspoons, no wine glasses), the shower head was broken, the air conditioning was noisy - it felt like a backpackers that Accor has spent the minimum amount on to make it habitable so they can charge an outrageous tariff. We definitely won't stay here again.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
Disliked: The lack of a desk and chair made it uncomfortable to work in the room. The bed was a bit too soft for me.

Liked: location was excellent as we were there to attend a graduation at Sydney University which was just a 8 minute walk across the park
Disliked: a spare blanket as I was a bit cold
