Great to relax

Liked: The views and relaxing atmosphere. There was plenty to choose to do as well. The indoor pool was nice. The front desk people were great!
Disliked: The bathroom in the room was "dirty" in appearance and needed a major upgrade. There was lots of mold issues in the shower. The toilet seat was stained. There should be other options other than all you can eat!

The resort is beautiful and...

Liked: The grounds and the main room with the fireplace were beautiful! The food was very good. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The pool was nice as you could stay indoors but had the option to swim in the outdoor portion as well. The hotel was about 45 minutes away from Helen which was perfect!
Disliked: The gym and the sauna/steam room were very outdated. The steam room had a moldy scent and the sauna would not get hot.
