Liked: We loved every aspect of our stay at the Brass Key Inn. Kenneth welcomed us immediately with hot essential oil hand towels and then gave us a personal tour of the property on the way to our room. We enjoyed the hot tub which was very clean as was the heated pool. The social hour Kenneth provided for all guests was exceptional! The wine, cheese, pate and hummus vege stick cups were wonderful! We were made to feel special by Kenneth our entire stay and will highly recommend the Brass Key to all!
Disliked: Nothing every aspect of our stay was superb!

Liked: Location was very good. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Room was larger than average. Fireplace in the room and robes were a nice touch.
Disliked: Parking was a bit of a challenge. They have about half as many parking spaces as there are rooms. Our room faced the street right across from a nightclub which we didn't realize until we heard the music which didn't stop until 1AM. The "soundproofing" didn't work.

Liked: It's a beautiful place, truly outstanding - the hotel itself & amenities, the guests, and the stellar location. I want to come back every year now. 10/10 ✨️
Disliked: I was never given the wifi info/it was not posted in the room or the app we booked with. Front desk didnt answer my message requesting the wifi - was not a huge deal as we didn't spend a ton of time inside the room, but it would have been nice.
