Very nice stay. Great breakfast.

We probably will not stay there again just because they didn't have things you need - shampoo, trash can liners, garment bag for dirty clothes.

Not what we expected

Disliked: We requested a room not on the floor level but that is what we got and their excuse was that they close the 3rd level because of the closing season. Not sure why we could have the 2nd floor but I did not want to argue and just accepted what they gave us. Then we got to the room and there was no couch furniture, which is the reason I booked the room was for the seating area because I have back issues and wanted to make sure I could at least seat on a couch instead of the bed all the time. She said that they were remodeling and had removed them for reupholstering them. We had just drove 8 and a half hours and we were tired and just wanted to rest, otherwise I would have looked for another place. Then the breakfast was supposed to be a full one but again, because of the closing season, they switched to a continental breakfast offering only pastries and cereal. A lot of people were upset because this was not posted on any description when booking. I feel like these things should have been part of their description so that you know what to expect if you book at the end of the year or at anytime in Branson's "down season", which happens to be January thru March. The overall stay wasn't bad, it just wasn't my expectation and the ability to meet my expectations didn't seem to be a priority for the staff. The hubby and I were celebrating our 15th anniversary so we just made the most of it despite these set backs.
