Liked: Roaches in room, remote didn’t work no hot water one night.
Disliked: All around horrible!

Wonderful!

Liked: Best shower ever!! Staff was the friendliest I've had in recent memory. I was next door for a convention. They had itineraries and menu's posted everywhere. Highly recommend staying here.

Liked: Good upkeep of an often overturned property.
Disliked: Not a lot of technical access, USB plug ins, etc.

great experience.

Liked: the rooms was very nice and clean, breakfast was amazing and affordable. we really liked the duck hunt, my family and our guest family really enjoyed that.
Disliked: the only bad experience we had was checking out, there was an issue with the card not going thru and i tried to show the front desk lady i believe her name was dawn, but she honestly didn't care and i was forced to make another payment which for some families after leaving Branson is not do able. i was very frustrating because she didn't really listen when i told her that the funds have already came out of my account and i showed her on my bank app. again she didn't care. so i hope we do get our money back. Dawn stated its a hold but i don't understand how they took the money but they don't show receiving it.
