Great location, plus restaurant was very nice.

Liked: Staff was great. Rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable which is a plus. Had tickets to PPL Park which was only 5 miles away, and the hotel offered a shuttle service.
Disliked: Hotel restaurant should open earlier than 4pm.

Disliked: We booked the reservation. The night before we were supposed to stay there I noticed the hotel website said "Temporarily Closed". No one notified us. We were traveling for a family funeral. I had to spend time on Booking.com . Several minute wait each time. The process of explaining the situation was cumbersome. We had to rebook ourselves and end up spending hundreds more than we would have ahead of time.

Liked: Restaurant staff especially the lady on duty during breakfast was super friendly, professional and courteous.
Disliked: It was super noisy. Loud noises I could hear so disturbingly at 3 am in my room. Heard there was even a fight on the 6th floor. Mentioned it to the assistant manager on duty the next morning as I was checking out and he seemed very unbothered by it.
