Great staff, couldn’t do enough...

Liked: Location , friendliness of the staff, exceptional
Disliked: Nothing. It was a great stay

Good but not great

Liked: Lovely but slightly tired looking on the inside
Disliked: The lorry which arrived right outside our bedroom at 7.30 am and made a horrendous racket!Granted we were a little late than arranged for our group breakfast due to unforeseen circumstances but whilst the staff were great it took ages to be served and the requested toast never arrived … staff were nowhere to be seen. A little disappointing

A place to go where...

Liked: The service from the staff was exceptional, I have never had such politely attentive service ever. Also from the housekeeping staff who were very responsive.
Disliked: The carpets seemed to be dated and although they were cleaned etc, they seemed to make the hotel seem frumpy. Whereas all the classic decor which had been decorated was good.

Poor

Liked: The location and surroundings is beautiful
Disliked: Very outdated for the price You can hear every movement from anyone talking or moving. The floor creaked a lot

as expected

Liked: We use hand picked hotels and this was up to standard.Also wanted to use the pool.
Disliked: All went well. Really clean and tidy and up to standard.Not expecting there to be racing at Brands hatch that day.Not too intrusive.

Exceptional

Liked: Fabulous hotel! Everything was perfect
Disliked: Nothing to not like! and if there was one thing that could be possible and that would be to make the bar area slightly bigger, but when it’s not so busy it’s just perfect!
