Liked: Breakfast and staff were excellent
Disliked: The pool area was lovely but the jacuzzi had such strong closing in the water that everyone’s eyes were stinging and we had to get out.

Ok for a short visit.

Liked: Nice enough hotel close to new Ross. It has a decent leisure centre. The library bar has a very nice bar area.
Disliked: It’s looking shabby now. The rooms have peeling paint and worn surfaces. The leisure centre looks a bit run down with what looks like rust in evidence in places.The restaurant is just ok but quite pricey. For what you got. No AC and the rooms were very warm. No safe or mini fridge in the rooms.

Liked: We loved the cost atmosphere and how it was tucked away in its own location.

Good

Liked: Room was lovely and spacious and it is a lovely hotel nice location.
Disliked: Leisure centre changing rooms are absolutely freezing. Bar was very understaffed took 2 and a half hours to get starter and mains and so kids missed cinema club.no pancakes for kids breakfast.

Disliked: Breakfast was very poor . The bar wasn't great either a bit all over the place very poor WiFi in rooms
