Poor. Just poor…

Liked: Not much. Greeted by a receptionist who looked like she didn’t want to be there. Smiles cost absolutely nothing, and they actually give a good first impression of what you can expect from your visit.The hotel looks unbelievably tired, and has just been neglected. Needs a refresh and a good deep clean.
Disliked: See above.

Disliked: Booked this hotel as it had a pool and spa but when we arrived we were advised that the pool was closed for maintenance and the spa was closed. Very dissapointed

Comfortable stay but not value...

Liked: Convenient location, comfy bed, friendly staff
Disliked: Very dusty. Ceiling in bathroom falling from damp. Dirt in corners of room. Finger prints on mirrors. No extra comforts like throw cushions and biscuits like shown in photos. Facilities out of order and not told till arrival.

Liked: Was in good location for travelling to meeting next day.
Disliked: Pool was closed. Food was terrible.

Disliked: Terrible service. Arrived around 7pm and were told the restaurant was fully booked yet only 3 tables seated. Eventually got a table and ordered the steak pie. It came with about 5 flaccid chips and barely any steak. My colleagues Fish and chips was greasy and not very good. The desserts were not much better.Room was okay but needed a proper clean.

Dirty shower head, drain blocked...

Disliked: Shower head was so dirty there was biofilm hanging out of the holes. Moved me to another room but that next shower had a blocked drain so the shower tray filled up to the top edge after just 3 minutes.

Liked: The area.
Disliked: The hotel had just been taken over, and the pool and spa area were closed.There was cleaning products and dirty laundry left in the hall ways.Tired decor.Restaurant staff with poor hygiene.
