Liked: Great location next to the Glendale mall, good service nice clean rooms and everything in the rooms is always stocked up
Disliked: Walls are a little thin so be warned you may hear more than you want to

Disliked: After a long day didn’t want to drag luggage for 50 steps

I will not stay there...

Liked: too many steps to climb to reach the front desk. No place in front of the hotel to unload luggage. poor insulation between rooms, and steps when other guests went up and down the steps. Bathroom not so clean!!!

Good Place, Bad Hotel.

Liked: There's very little to like about this, the room was nicely decorated, and the location was nice
Disliked: The hotel is on the second floor with no elevator. The entrance in the back smells completely awful. I had to work from the hotel and the wifi was bad. The concierge seemed not to care and hand waved us off when we explained about checking out early due to the duration of the stay.
