Liked: the location was good, the property looked run down, beds lumpy.
Disliked: did not enjoy how much noise came through the walls into room. did not enjoy the family loud noises until 3am in the morning outside the room causing lack of sleep

Very good

Liked: I didn't use it myself but I booked it for my nephew and the women was super helpful as I was out of town and My nephew dosnt have ID or anything. I'm thankful she was helpful for him.

Pleasant

Liked: Staff was friendly and looked after some clothes we left behind. We were able to have collected a fortnight later.
Disliked: Room was a bit dated but good value for money.

Very poor

Liked: Good location to town.
Disliked: Surrounded by housing NZ occupants. The room had a musty smell which leaving the windows open did not help. Room was dirty and unclean. Spoke to staff regarding concerns for safety which they just blew it off. Was kept awake throughout the night by arguments between other people staying, lots of swearing and violence. Could hear slight movements and hear people using the bathroom in surrounding rooms. Left very early thismorning due to being kept awake throughout the night, will not be staying here again and would not reccomend staying here.
