Liked: The location was good that's why we chose the hotel.
Disliked: In 15 years of travelling a lot, we never had the necessity to ask for our room to be changed. The carpet was filthy with rests of food and nails, the bathroom had brown spots on the tiles close to the sink and the toilet paper and the windows were almost brown, you could not really see through. Plus there was dust everywhere inside and outside the rooms. We explained how dirty the room was, came back and the only thing they did was pass the vacuum quickly. So, they offered a different room which was slightly cleaner but still not really what you would expect for a 4 star hotel. We would have gone to a different hotel but they said that our booking was no longer refundable.Plus, during our stay the dust, bathroom or dirt on the tiles was never cleaned which is again not what you would expect when you stay for 3 nights.

Clean modern room and fantastic...

Liked: - Clean room, nice bathroom and big comfy bed- Very good location - we loved being close to lots of coffee places and only a short walk to parks and restaurants
Disliked: Not very personal service, eg: - no acknowledgement from staff at check in about a fraudulent link shared through their booking.com account. We unfortunately lost money and they just said they are victims too rather than just acknowledging and having empathy - Mentioned it was our honeymoon when booking and no acknowledgement from staff on check in. Our room was quite high up though so perhaps that was selected for us
