Gorgeous stay 10/10

Liked: I stay here every time I visit Melbourne! The staff are extremely accomodating and the rooms are comfortable. I opted for early check in and upon arrival I noticed my room wasn’t a King room. I went downstairs to enquire and the lovely lady helping me sorted this out immediately and put me in a stunning room with a balcony. I can’t fault this place. The price is so reasonable and the location is 10/10. Would recommend everyday of the week!

Liked: Great location, quiet end of town. Comfy beds and pillows! Easy and quick check in.
Disliked: Rooms are small if staying more than a night. No onsite food or parking.

Didn't meet expectations

Liked: Mattress was comfortable. Location was good and central.
Disliked: Pillows hard and lumpy. Paid extra for a quiet room (Business King). Got room opposite elevator. Rooms are very small. Dusty carpet around bed and walls. Not much space for luggage. Foyer had a horrible unpleasant smell. Expected a little bit more luxury for the price.
