Great location and friendly staff

Liked: Good location currently there are civil works nearby but that didn't impact on our stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Mid-town location and duty managers...

Liked: The central location was ideal for the activies we had planned - close to tram network and within walking distance of restaurants. The staff were really good - especially the duty managers were super helpful and made our stay way better than it could have been.
Disliked: There was construction noise from a huge site next door. This will abate once the new metro train line connection to the airport is completed.
