Liked: The location and staff were both amazing. Staff were always so friendly and helpful. The toiletries were really nice too.
Disliked: The bedsheets had a stain, and the bathroom wasn't always cleaned very well.

Disliked: Hair in shower grate, balcony locked but asked to be opened (they came straight away) but it was so dirty we didn’t walk out. Construction out the front.

Liked: so central. the room was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with crockery, tea/coffee and toiletries
Disliked: a lot of construction which could be heard up to approx 9pm.. this is not the fault of the hotel and I'm sure it will be worth it once completed.

Friendly staff, comfy bed but...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is in a very good location. Staff were also super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room had a horrible smell. The minute we walked in we could smell it straight away. I believe it was coming from the basin in the en-suite, we had to close the plug and shut the bathroom door. I think the whole bathroom needs a good deep clean, especially in that room
