Overall very comfortable

Liked: Wide space, well-equipped, affordable price，The service staff is easy to communicate with and has a good attitude.
Disliked: Noise from vehicles and slightly less water in the shower

Liked: Great view of the city & beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Room was not cleaned thoroughly as we found previous guests rubbish and toys under the sofa. With no fans or air-conditioning in the bedrooms, it made for an uncomfortable nights sleep with the heat.

Great location but need a...

Liked: The location is amazing, close to all the restaurants, cafes and a big shopping mall, a lot of eating options. The room is spacious and nice for traveling as the family. The reception staffs were very nice and helpful. Our flight was delayed and they offered us a late check out to 12pm.
Disliked: The cleaning crews just don’t do their jobs. We book 2 apartments located on the different floors. The hotel offers daily cleaning service but good luck if someone even coming in to throw the trash away for you. We stayed there for 5 nights, 1 day we had our bed made, the rest 4 days nothing besides they put the clean towels on top of the kitchen cabinet. The room was dusty when we checked in. They really need to hire a better cleaning crew. There are no drawers or tables to put your clothes, each bedroom comes with huge empty closet but no where to put any of the clothes, only 3 hangers. One of apartments don’t even have locks on the bathroom doors.
