Liked: Everything and all the staff. . They also offer complementary snacks and hot drinks and juices all day at the lobby. The mini bar in the room is complementary and refilled daily.
Disliked: It was fine by me as a solo traveller, but if you have a lot of luggage or can't use the stairs then avoid the 6th floor. The elevator reaches the 5th floor only.

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is perfect, everything was clean and the welcome of the manager (macaroons) is great. I highly recommend it for any occasion (business or leisure).
Disliked: The only thing that was not good was some construction work on the building next to the hotel, and my room was exactly next to it. It was a bit noisy during the day because of the work. Nevertheless, it is not a constant, so I will come back.

Liked: Overall, the staff were helpful and the location is excellent, but the noise and paint smell really impacted our comfort during this stay.
Disliked: This was our second time staying at this hotel. Our first visit was excellent, which is why we chose to return. However, this time around, our experience was less enjoyable due to a few issues. The hotel was quite noisy, and our room had a strong smell of paint.The reception staff were very kind and did their best to help by offering us a different room, but unfortunately, that room had the same smell—so I believe the rooms were recently painted, and the odor hadn’t aired out properly. In the end, we decided to stay in our original room, and the receptionist kindly offered us a late check-out, which we appreciated.
