Liked: Convenient location for our appointments.Pleasant ambiance & friendly staff.
Disliked: Charging £25 for each (of two) small dogs in same room. Cleaning has to be done anyway with just one dog so why charge for two? Nothing was given to the dogs by the hotel so I would like to know reasoning for this. One charge for same room is acceptable.

Liked: Beautiful location and a lovely hotel Great facilities, excellent room with four poster bed, outstanding bathroom
Disliked: In the scheme of things very minor, but the doors of the rooms are not in keeping with the superb interiors. They need at least sanding down and revarnishing - they appear tacky and a little disconcerting on arrival, however the doors are not a foretaste of the impressive interior!
