GET A RELIABLE SNOWPLOWER GUY!!

Liked: Friendly management, clean room, heated floor, little extra you don't get at other places such as bottles of water, pop-corn and Valentine chocolates.
Disliked: Noise from people going up and down the outside metallic stairs (from room 12), noise coming from uncaring upstairs customers. Fact that they don't have a reliable snow plower guy: On the Saturday night I was unable to get onto the parking because their guy didn't come to plow and there were 6in of fresh snow. I had to ask another customer to push me!! Again, on the Monday morning we woke up with 8in of fresh snow and nobody came to plow!! We had to shovel 50 yards ourselves to be able to get away!!
