Liked: Staff was very nice! And locations is accessible are most of the places are close by.
Disliked: Blankets had a lot of hair like hair from past guesses/visitor. Like when you wash and dry them and the hair from your cloth just got in your frannel blankets

Liked: The location is great. Walking distance to town.
Disliked: There was a shrill whistling noise in pipes that lingered while water was running in the unit and next door. Reported it so hopefully it gets fixed. Refrigerator was leaking.

Liked: The location was very convenient to App State. We were thrilled that it was pet friendly. Even though pets were allowed, there was no offensive smells from past animals nor were there any stains.
Disliked: Nothing to report. An elevator would be a bonus but not necessary.

Disliked: Our stay was nice. The only things I could say wrong were that I had to ask three times for that toilet to be plunged because when we arrived it would not flush. After asking the third person it got done. I know they were busy but they did take time that same day ( which was day two) to bring clean towels I ask for. They came in to bring them and didn’t plunge so I had to ask a third time. I also had to ask for tissue paper being we didn’t have but a small amount when we arrived. Thank goodness we had two rooms so we just used the bathroom in the second room until they got to us. The only thing that made it a bit unpleasant was that there was a whistle sound (like a constant beeping) the whole time we were there. I told the guy when we checked out and he said another room had said the same thing. We could hear it in both the rooms. Not sure what it was but it was night and day of hearing it.

Liked: Love the Boxwood! An older place, but brilliantly located and always super comfortable. Daughter goes to App and Boxwood is my always stay when I visit.
Disliked: The place is not a 5 star resort. If you want that, go somewhere else.

Disliked: Door locks would jamb trapping us outside as well as inside. Also television volume was unable to be altered
