Liked: Good: The place is boutique like and very simple but classy. Restaurant view is great. Restaurant is interesting and delicious! Bed was SO comfortable and decor is awesome. Waterside view is beautiful and great on other staysBad: on the side of building we stayed so did 50 sea lions barking and fighting all night outside our patio. SO LOUD! We’re from the coast and are used to sea lions but this was ALOT because there’s an echo also on the dock. they did have ear plugs and a sound machine in the room but it didn’t even get rid of all the sound. It was so sad because the place is so great otherwise. The price tag is spendy but I’d say still worth it if you could be on the water side. It was my birthday and I loved everything but only slept about an hour w the noise

Liked: The room was very cool. They think of everything. Including slippers since the floors are all concrete and very cold. We did not eat at the attached restaurant, but it looked great. The view is wonderful of the river. We upgraded since the city view was a wrecked building with seals that had taken it over.
Disliked: I am not sure if I missed this on other reviews, but the seals under the hotel bark 24 hours non stop. I like seals, but just a heads up if you are light sleeper. There is only street parking or Valet which is similar since it is an open parking lot up the street. One night stay with all the added taxes and fees came to $409

Disliked: Amenities in room were lacking and the Sea Lions were so loud all night that we got no sleep.
