Too noisy

Liked: Good location. But for me too noisy. I could hear every conversation in the dining area, footsteps inside the house and noisy heating in the bedroom.

Excellent host and convient location...

Liked: The host was exceptional. When I arrived Steven gave me loads of tips of where to go, what to see and where to eat. Really helped me plan my couple days in Boston and made the trip much more enjoyable. Also the location is great with Davis Square having good food and a train station only couple minutes walk. Very convient.

Liked: The location alone made this B&B worth every penny. Smack dab in the middle of Davis Square (but quiet) with tons of restaurants and a short walk to the T. We got the flex pass and rode all around Boston. So many delicious restaurants and fun bars in Davis. The owners (Steven and Christina) were so kind and welcoming and the breakfast was great (pastries, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, tea, fruit). The kitchen was also available other times to store items in the fridge or get water/coffee/snacks. The room itself was basic but worked well for our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed.
Disliked: Our room was a bit warm because we were on the top floor so a standing fan would have been nice. Also, blackout curtains would be great so you can sleep in :)
