Nice hotel, with good location...

Liked: Beautiful historic building, nice and clean rooms with all needed ammenities
Disliked: Prices in the restaurant are a bit overpriced

Superb

Liked: Beautiful conversion of an Abbey into a hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We decided to eat in the hotel rather than venture into Trier, and the food was superb. It was a last-minute stop for us, but we will put it on the route to Spain and definitely stay again.
Disliked: Shower drain was blocked. Hotel staff informed on booking out. Otherwise the room was lovely.

Liked: Great hospitality, clean and comfortable rooms and great parking space.
Disliked: The property is a bit further from Trier centre (20-25 mins).

Good

Liked: Hotel is nicely situated in a historical setting, dating back to Roman times. The building itself has seen various uses and has been done up nicely. The general appearance is quite inviting.
Disliked: Not enough attention to detail: few broken little things in the room.Breakfast a bit too meagre, limited amounts--if something had run out it would not be replenished.
