Perfect stylish boutique hotel for...

Liked: Super friendly staff at reception, nicely decorated room and lobby - it lives up to the expectation of a stylish boutique hotel. Very comfortable bed.

Outstanding hotel.

Liked: Great location! Got in late due to a missed flight connection and Amandy at the front desk was so helpful and made us feel welcome. The next evening she got us a table at an excellent restaurant even though online they showed no tables available. Breakfast at Das Tyrol was also a highlight with delicious food served with a friendly smile. The room was beautiful and very clean. Also the hotel has amazing artwork and attention to detail in a location within walking distance of major sights.

The staying at the Hotel...

Liked: Very good location, just in shopping aria and close to the center of the town. Very professional and polite staff. Very clean apartment keeping very clean every day.
Disliked: It was one problem. We asked to order restaurant , and it was conformed the order was done. But when came upon to the restaurant, they did not find our order. My call to the hotel confirmed there was not order done (strange).So we had to stand in a long queue to enter the restaurant.

Liked: Very beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and amazing staff. Amany especially was an amazing concierge and really privileged to have had her during my stay.
Disliked: Probably just a personal thing but would've liked newer, firmer pillows, a softer mattress and a bath in the bathroom rather than just a shower. Slightly more thorough clean of the room too.

Great little boutique hotel!

Liked: Very comfortable hotel with lovely staff. The room was very quiet, we could not hear the other guests. The attention to detail in the room was superb, housekeeping kept the room spotless throughout our stay. Great breakfast too. Location is nice: close to the Museum Quartier and Spittelberg.
