Liked: The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have microwave in the room. The location was great, close to zocalo. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: My husband said he could hear the conversations from the next room. The pressure of the shower was hard to control.

Disliked: Front desk staff had one clerk that was not so friendly. Rooms were a little “tired”. Bathroom was suboptimal.

Liked: It is in a convenient location (400m to the main square, the Zocalo). The view from both the room and the restaurant terrace is great. The room was large and cozy.
Disliked: The bathroom could be upgraded; there was no AC, but an air cooler fan (was enough, but still). The pool is modest (just for a quick deep, not for swimming). Othe than that, great hotel!

Liked: The hotel is excellently located very near the main church. It is decorated with nice objects of art. The beds are comfortable.
Disliked: It takes a long time for the water in the shower to get warm
