Great experience

Liked: The location was in the heart of centerThe recipient girl “ chautei” I thinkAdded a lot to our experience in Zurich and at this hotel And the breakfast staff were welcoming and nice I recommend this hotel for its location and friendly staff
Disliked: Only the parking ad they do don’t have their own parkingBut only public parking which was walking distance but you have to leave your luggage at the hotel first

Amazing comfortable glamourous.

Liked: The staff are amazing especially the breakfast ladies. The breakfast is great with hot options too. Our room was a family room and so big. There is a family common room which is amazing and a library room which is so gorgeous. Never experienced a hotel like this before.
Disliked: Nothin at all. Cannot fault this hotel.
