Liked: View and location were as stated. Perfect to walk to the museums and sights we wanted to see. Breakfast was plentiful and inviting. Will try to come back!

Liked: The staff was really kind. They apologize because of they don't speak Italian, but their english is on another level. They let we leave our luggages in the reception the entire day of leaving
Disliked: Maybe the room was a little bit tiny, but they told us that in Holland the most of the houses have this type of internal architecture

We would stay at this...

Liked: Friendly staff and very helpful in bringing up and down our luggage. It was extremely clean and well maintained. We loved that we had a view of the canal. We were able to get into our room immediately. And when we left on our second stay Oct 15 - 16,, we were able to sightsee a bit more with a late check-out. The staff were very helpful in assisting us around the city and in what sights to see.
Disliked: The stairs were very steep but it was great that the staff brought up and down our luggage. Unfortunately, when booking the room online, we got a room that was very small on our first stay but got a bigger room the week after.

Liked: Loved the location and close proximity to Leidseplein and all the nearby restaurants. We also appreciated the simplicity of the room, the cleanliness, the amazing views of the canal, and the friendliness of the staff.
Disliked: The beds were a little hard.
