Disliked: Looks much different than in the photos, in reality it's old and very underwhelming, the room had a terrible smell that we were not able to get rid of our entire stay. The check in process is also not great, as our room was shown as 'not available yet', also opening door ONLY with a website is very weird.

This hotel deserves at most...

Disliked: •The presentation does not mention that all rooms are on the upper floor and that the hotel is not equipped with an elevator.•Despite being a four-star hotel, there is no receptionist available 24/7, nor is there a porter.•Communication with the staff is done via WhatsApp, as there is no staff available around the clock.•There are no bicycles available at the hotel, despite being in a city where cycling is the main mode of transportation.•The room does not have slippers; after an entire day wearing shoes, I wanted to walk around the room in slippers. Although I requested them, they were not delivered to my room by the end of my stay.
