Superb

Liked: We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was right in the middle of the old town, close to everything.The only minor issue we had with the automated checkin was that we created two card keys. This first card key opened the room door for the first time, then stopped working. The second card key kept working. We tried to cut a third key but it would not allow us. Not very important, but it would be convenient for both of us to have their own key.Thank you for the service.

Great location and convenient stay,...

Liked: Location is great. Instructions were clear and the room was clean. Check-in/check-out was smooth and fast.
Disliked: The bathroom clearly wasn’t refilled - toilet paper that was hanging was almost over (not replaced from the previous guest) and the body wash in the shower was empty. The hotel didn’t let me leave my luggage before check-in (apparently they don’t do it on Sunday’s).

Liked: 1. Location to city center.2. Clean.
Disliked: 1. Loud, bar next door blasted music until 2 am. 2. Looks like the bathroom has mold on floor by shower. 3. Expensive for what it is. 4. Staff did not send email with instructions how to get in.

Disappointed

Liked: Location. We know this hotel and it’s the third time we stayed at it.
Disliked: Since the hotel was taken over by a new owner the service dramatically deteriorated. This is now a low quality airbnb not a hotel. Self checkin and self checkout, no breakfast (previously we had great breakfast), rubbish on the corridors for days, some old rugs drying in the dining room, where we used to eat breakfast. We do not plan to book it again, do not recommend.

Nice location. You are on...

Liked: Liked frig in hallway with beverages. Check in process was confusing as I did not get a code to get in the door before we arrived . Someone had to show me how to check in unaccompanied.
Disliked: I prefer better advance directions for remote check in. Door code, where check in is ( 2nd level in hall) put keys on black box to activate etc.

Liked: Location was good- quite central
Disliked: Cleaning- walked into the room - quilts were on a chair- just quilt cover on bed, no soap in containers, wc was dirty and there was a used bottle of water on side table.no reception needed assistance on self check in and called using a phone next to computer- that was good as i a tually had a person on other line.
