Wonderful

Liked: I love the room although it was a bit small but it was perfect for me.Very clean homely feel with beautiful paintings.Staff were very friendly. A good location, quite close to train station and old town.opposite the hotel there is the bus to Sirmione which was super comfortable
Disliked: More selection of breads and rolls in breakfast

Don't be fooled by "Boutique".

Liked: The location was advantageous - we had a rental car so the location of the hotel made it easy to leave Verona for other trips while still being only a 10 minute walk into town. Relatively quiet too.
Disliked: We booked a superior twin room but there was absolutely nothing superior about it. Tired furnishings and bedding, little storage space and no more than a 20" TV. This was NOT a boutique hotel in the accepted sense. Breakfast was very limited and some of the same foods came out day after day.

Liked: The breakfast was very good and the location was fantastic, the train station and square were easily accessible.
Disliked: There wasn't anything to dislike. The whole place was spotless and there wasn't anything the staff wouldn't do for you. It is an excellent hotel.

Superb

Liked: I enjoyed my stay here. Central location, 10-15 minutes' walk to the very center and the train station, too. The staff was very kind and friendly. Decent breakfast. Clean room. There is a very cozy area in the lobby where you can have tea and read. The only inconvenience was that the shower cabin in the single room was too small.

A gem in great location

Liked: Hotel was in great location and the staff were delightful. The architecture and room styling was clever and interesting, making the most of the lovely old building. A real pleasure to stay there.I would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Our room was on the front and the road was very noisy at night. We asked if we could have a quieter room and the staff were great and moved all our luggage. They could not have been more helpful, thank you!
