Disliked: Misunderstood that the small bottle of champagne in fridge was free with the upgrade. Fortunately I didn’t drink it as it was VERY EXPENSIVE !!!!

Liked: We loved the spaciousness and comfort of our room. As a family of three it was nice to have a roomy space. We loved the paintings and the view from the skylights.
Disliked: The bathroom is separated by a wood display and you can see right through. Our teenage daughter was not keen so we requested a large sheet and tied it around the display so there was privacy. However, we were only able to use the tub because the shower sprayed everywhere. The glass partition was not adequate to contain the shower spray.

Liked: Friendly staff and convenient hotel location
Disliked: No private bathroom, no showerhead, washing hair is nearly impossible, which is quite inconvenient. The bathtub in the room easily splashes water onto the floor, cold to bathe in winter. For unknown reasons, every towel has a hole. The room doesn’t seem as large as described, and the soundproofing is not very good. The hotel entrance is somewhat hard to find as it is located inside the restaurant
