Liked: The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, with lots attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Room was very nice and the view was amazing (I stayed on the top floor). Breakfast was amazing too!

A must-stay in hotel!

Liked: Everything about this hotel was amazing, the staff were lovely, the room was spacious and pretty, the location was unreal, and they even put out free homemade cakes for everyone to have. My first 10/10! A must-stay in if you're visiting Brugges
Disliked: It's rare for me to have no comments at all about a hotel, but this one might be the first. It was just great!

Liked: Location was fabulous, and hotel staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, including providing a new hairdryer immediately when requested
Disliked: Room was very small and bathroom felt a bit tired for a 4 star hotel. Hairdryer in the room was appallingly bad - no real power or heat and you had to squeeze a button done the whole time, resulting in cramp! But staff were great and replaced it with a better one when we asked.
