The way they arranged everything was both personal and professional, showing genuine care for their guests. Hot rooms, lack of ventilation

Liked: Great waiters at the restaurant, helpful and friendly.The bathroom is great, and the rooms are nice. They have soaps for the babies which is a great plus.We did get an upgrade, which was nice, but unnecessary.
Disliked: The room was so warm i had to go sleep in our camping car at 2am, even though we had both windows open. So much for having a break from the camping car at a hotel. I told the reception in the morning and they said it was because of all the wood. It's a concrete building. It's because there was no ventilation, at least not a sufficient one. And then she said thanks for informing us and handed me the bill.Will probably be comfortable in early spring, late fall and winter time.

Liked: Good breakfast options, staff very friendly, receptionist as well. Directly next to the ski lift, perfect for small children to learn skiing.
Disliked: A coffee machine would have been nice to have in the room or a kettle to prepare tea.
