Liked: The view from the balcony was gorgeous when the fog cleared. We loved hearing the cow bells. The hotel was decorated so beautifully. The male worker was incredibly kind and took good care of us. The breakfast was great.
Disliked: The airline canceled our flight so we only got to stay one night instead of two, but we still had to pay for two nights which was unfortunate. There was a loud buzzing sound in our room from the electrical box that we could not turn off.

Liked: The hotel was very clean stylish and modern. The views were amazing and little far out from the town would need a car. But worth it for the surroundings and the views
Disliked: Their on sight restaurant was expensive

Liked: The views are amazing. We pay and extra and move to the room with lucerne views and work every cents . The breakfast is good and the staff are nice and helpful. The only problem is when you don't have a car like us you have to pay 30 euros or their money to get to lucerne , but the views and relaxing work the money.
Disliked: Need a little more maintenance in the bedroom, like fix the curtain and clean the covers . But in general is good place.

A stunning place with amazing...

Liked: Absolutely everything! We loved staying in this gorgeous property which had an amazing views both day and night and totally gave us the Swiss feel with cowbells tinkling out of our bedroom window. The meal we had in their restaurant was our most favourite of our 6 weeks in Europe! Will definitely be back. Thank you.
Disliked: Would have loved the spas to be working.

Liked: Beautiful secluded location with amazing views. Good breakfast, ample parking, spa. It is high above Luzern in a real mountinous setting.
Disliked: Notice that this hotel listed in their facilities that they do not provide internet sccess. We did not see that, while booking.com reviews misleadingly and falsly show rating 10 for wifi. In reality there is wifi which is, except as when everyone sleeps, not usable. It's not much better st the reception. Moreover, hotel in in a poorly covered cell phone area so even data won't help. This is important to some people more than others, we had remote work to do and suffered a lot over this, ending up paying for coworking spaces in the town.You will need a car to commute to Lizern from here.
