Superb Location, Staff & Overall...

Liked: I had a fantastic stay at H10 Montcada Hotel! The responsive and friendly staff made all the difference.They truly paid attention to my requests, providing a spacious room with a stunning city view.A special thanks to Alvaro and Samanta at the front desk for their friendliness and attentiveness. The birthday surprise of cava and cake was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day even more special!!The hotel’s perfect location in the Gothic Quarter and El Born district was perfect, with a metro station right across the street. Very central—in the heart of Barcelona’s most wonderful neighborhoods. Walking distance from all main places.I loved the delightful breakfast buffet and the cozy lobby area. The rooftop bar, with its breathtaking views of the city and Barcelona Cathedral, was the icing on the cake. I couldn't be happier with my choice!!

Liked: Location close to walking distance to attractions
Disliked: Bad: Small rooms, not given attention to cleanliness.Charged us €6 for local calls with no mention of charges at the time of check-in or information in the room about if.Worst: Had leakage from A/c unit. Didn’t changed our room. Next say asked if we want to fix the leakage in the room

Beware of Booking.com bait and...

Liked: Warm, friendly staff. Great breakfast. Small but comfortable room.
Disliked: Booking.com offered better room but then did NOT honor discounted rate--bait and switch. So called upgraded room with view was a view of rooftop of another building, a/c, and pipes. Not a view at all. Construction on street in front of property was noisy and dusty. Small rooms and Not enough storage space for luggage in room.

Definitely consider the hotel and...

Liked: Amazing place to stay in the Gothic quarter of Barcelona. Breathtaking view from the roof-top terrace where you can have a drink in a bar. Jacuzzi on the roof can be used also, hotel provides bathrobe and slippers. A room was average sized, but bathroom with a shower is quite spacious. The hotel provides a few complimentary services that makes stay even better. Metro station is directly in front of the hotel. Shopping street is around the corner, and the historical center in 3 minutes walking.
Disliked: Till July 2025 a road construction in front of hotel makes reaching the hotel a bit difficult. However, even with window to the side where the work takes place, we didn't have any issues, as windows are well sound protected.

Not worth the price
