Xmas market visit

Liked: The location was excellent: quiet, nice neighbourhood, next to the park and very close to the center. The room was small but comfortable to rest after long walks during the day.
Disliked: A tiny corner-bathroom was a surprise. The bedside lamps need to be fixed - the lampshades were hanging not properly fastened. The rest all ok.

Liked: Great location for visiting the Christmas markets. Room was bigger than expected. Nice large bathroom too. Breakfast was great. Nice staff.
Disliked: Not much.

Exceptional

Liked: Very good choice. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean, Breakfast also good. Location - very close to center and all possible transport is pretty close.
Disliked: TV could not connect to wifi, so unless it was a smart tv, i had to stream all from the phone.

Liked: Located in a quiet neighbourhood but just 10mins walk to the old town. The daytime staff were very helpful. The room was clean, modern and spacious. Lovely large walk in shower.
Disliked: No tea or coffee facilities in your room.

Disliked: The hall was a little full.

Passable

Disliked: Very strict and not customer friendly staff having you pay a fine for checking out 30 minutes later also after writing them saying they didn't reply on it because they have more things to do. Really not what you are used to from hotel staff.
