Great choice and great location.

Liked: The room was lovely, clean, had hot water, filtered water to drink, comfortable bed, and excellent staff. Staff were very responsive before and during our stay. We appreciated that they stored our bags for us on our check out day. Easy to walk to sites and great restaurants. Thank you!

Great location, comfortable stay

Liked: The hotel’s location makes walking around Roma Norte and Condesa very easy. We reached the hotel earlier than the scheduled time but Nancy was so kind to allow an early check-in. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a small balcony to enjoy the early morning coffee!

Liked: Location, privacy, spacious airy room.
Disliked: Lose tiles on the balcony (not really a big issue).

Exceptional

Liked: Room was super clean, mattress was very comfy, really lovely design, surprisingly quiet at night despite being by a busy street, great water pressure in the shower, really high quality in general :)
Disliked: It wasn't a huge space (but for that all the cozier and lovely) - we were slightly tripping around the second suitcase on the ground though. But manageable enough.

Cheap but nice accommodations with...

Liked: Spacious comfy room in Roma Norte. TONS of windows so lots of natural light. Well decorated. Room had two small balconies.
Disliked: No real signage so was a bit confused on arrival. The desk person stated to message on what’s app if any issues. Could find remote and needed an iron messaged and never heard back. So communication could be a lot better. With all the windows, room got noticebly warm in Jan mid morning. We only stayed one night. Room had an AC standing in room unit which was loud.
