Exceptional

Liked: Really great room, very nicely decorated and super clean and comfortable. The bed was huge! We arrived late in the evening and the security guard was really helpful and checked us in. Great location for Roma and Condesa and easy access to other parts of the city. We met the hotel manager the next morning and she was also very helpful! Water and coffee in the room which was an appreciated touch.
Disliked: It would be good to have a breakfast option, but we made use of the discount for the cafe on the roof which was great!

Awesome place to stay in!

Liked: Great place with a great location and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable, awesome shower!! Everything was just great.
Disliked: The bed is a bit small. The AC is hard to manage - it’s kind of a standing AC, that shuts down all the time and make some noise.

Liked: Location is great. Close access to all kinds of food, both restaurants and good street vendors. Short walk to attractions and transit. Staff was helpful with all our questions and gave recommendations for things to check out nearby.

Best bed ever!

Liked: The bed was so comfy! It was the most comfiest bed I ever slept on.
Disliked: I stay at the 3rd floor so I did not hear much loud noises from the restaurant.
